Clinical data  : Operated case of Ca. colon

128 multi slice CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis with IV and negative oral contrast shows:

Chest:

Trachea central.
Both lung field's normal parenchyma and normal attenuation.
Normal great vessels and heart size.
Normal caliber of both ascending and descending aorta.
No evidence of any focal lesion.
Mediastinum normal, no evidence of lymph node enlargement.
No pleural effusion.

Abdomen & pelvis:

Liver: normal size and density, no intrahepatic dilatation of bile ducts, with evidence of small cystic lesion in RT lobe segment VI measured 2X1.3 cm.
Gall bladder: normal.
Pancreas: normal in size and density, no mass or cyst.
Spleen: normal size and density.
LT kidney: malrotating ((facing anteriorly)) with evidence of staghorn stone and well-defined multiple simple renal cysts.
RT kidney: under sizable with thin cortex and malrotating ((facing anteriorly)) with two well-defined multiple simple renal cysts with evidence of non-obstructed renal stone in upper pole.
Evidence of slightly thick, enhanced wall small bowel with small amount of free fluid in RT side pelvis, comparing with previous CT done 29/12/2016 there is improvement in new CT images.
No free fluid.
No paraaortic lymph nodes.
Conclusion:

K/C Ca. colon with Crohn’s disease.
